2026 Marketing Projects and Design Work
This section highlights the full scope of my marketing work throughout the 2026 season, showing how ideas come to life across every touchpoint. From social posts, emails, text imagery, and web ads to in-ballpark displays and large-scale physical pieces like billboards and posters, it reflects my experience designing across a wide range of formats and environments while keeping everything visually connected as the season continues.

2026 Meet The Team Schedule Poster
This season, I was able to create a poster for our annual "Meet The Team" event. We wanted to create a poster with plenty of room for fans to get signatures from their favorite players, while also highlighting our season schedule to encourage fans to continue coming back for more!

Marketing Social Graphics
Mixed in with player graphics and photo collages, our marketing team utilizes social media for marketing communications. Below are several of the pieces I have created to advertise team store products, limited edition sale items, events going on in our ballpark throughout the season, and more.

Digital Ignite Advertisements
The Iowa Cubs utilize a third party company, Digital Ignite, for pop up and sidebar advertisements across the internet. This season, I took over as our in house designer for digital ignite. Previously, we outsourced design services for the digital ignite ads. These projects have come with a learning curve for sure, but I am happy with how they are coming along throughout the season.

Digital Billboards
Leading up to Opening Day, we rented space on various billboards across Des Moines. I was tasked with creating designs to pick between highlighting our season kicking off. The Billboard was a large success, and the team saw extra ticket sales during the time the design was displayed across Des Moines. Seeing my work on a giant screen never gets old, whether driving home from work or going out in Des Moines.

Homestand Program Covers
Each homestand, our media relations, graphic design, and marketing departments collaborate on a program cover for fans available both digitally and in print. The cover of the program features simple typography, the Iowa Cubs logo, and a unique image. The images do not feature our players in action. They feature shots of our ballpark, grounds crew employees at work, and other baseball symbols.
